Group President, Indoor Air Quality
Mary Kate Phillips is a Group President for Filtration Group, leading the Indoor Air Quality businesses. Her passion is combining an 80/20 mindset with lean tools, both operationally and commercially, to lead simplification and profitable growth. In addition to the business results, Mary Kate is focused on improving the communities where we work through education assistance, environmental sustainability, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Prior to joining Filtration Group, Mary Kate served as a Vice President and General Manager at Regal Rexnord Corporation, a global diversified manufacturing company with revenue exceeding $2B. She led the Consumer Sector, and was a member of the company’s Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) committee and the Women’s Leadership Council. Prior to Rexnord, Mary Kate had a series of executive roles at Danaher and ITW, where she led several businesses within the Consumer and Food Equipment Platforms. Earlier in her career, Mary Kate served in various positions within sales and operations at Sonoco and Alcoa.
In 2017, Mary Kate was an honoree of the Manufacturing Institute’s Step Ahead Awards recognizing Women in Manufacturing. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Affairs from Purdue University and an MBA from Loyola University. Mary Kate lives outside of Milwaukee with her husband, two children, and their family dog.
