Chief Human Resource Officer
As the Chief Human Resources Officer for Filtration Group, Mike partners with leaders from across Filtration Group to enable, align and continually evolve our talent strategy to ensure we can deliver on our purpose of making the world safer, healthier and more productive. He serves as a steward of our culture and strives to ensure our employees have the tools and resources they need to deliver remarkable outcomes for our customers, their fellow team members and their individual ambitions and goals.
Prior to joining Filtration Group, Mike served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for United Airlines. He was responsible for the strategy, design and ongoing management of HR programs that focused on talent management, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits. He was also responsible for employee relations, which included the delivery of HR services to employees and managers and included strategic HR consultation with business leaders. Previously, Mike was a managing consultant at Towers Watson, and provided strategic human capital advice to clients in the healthcare, oil and gas, retail and technology industries.
Mike graduated from DePaul University with Bachelor of Arts degree. Most recently, he completed the Stanford Executive Program from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He served as a member of the United States Marine Corps.
