Rob Donohue

Rob Donohue joined Filtration Group in 2017 and was named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. He partners with executive leadership to align human capital priorities with business objectives, lead organizational transformations, and realize a world-class talent strategy. Prior to joining Filtration Group, Rob held senior HR leadership positions at kCura (now Relativity) and United Airlines, where he built enterprise-level HR programs and established robust people analytics capabilities.

Rob is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and creating inclusive, high-performance cultures. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University and now resides in Austin, Texas with his family.
