Scott Wald

Scott Wald has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Mr. Wald is the founder, president and chief investment officer of Romar Services, L.L.C., a private family office and investment firm, which he founded in 1998. Mr. Wald is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the start-up of seven investment firms, all of which had successful exits. Mr. Wald co-founded SurePayroll, the nation’s largest provider of payroll services to small businesses over the Internet until it sold to Paychex in 2011. He also founded, and served as the former president and chief executive officer of ASAP Software Express, a PC software reseller, until it was sold to Corporate Express in 1998. Mr. Wald earned an MBA, Marketing and a Bachelor of Science, Management from Arizona State University.
