Filtration Group Welcomes Group President Eric Young
Filtration Group announced today that Eric Young has joined the company as Group President, Indoor Air Quality. As Group President, Young will support the general managers who run Filtration Group’s Indoor Air Quality businesses, with a focus on Mission, Culture, and Talent.
“Eric brings phenomenal energy, focus and a strategic mindset to his role as Group President for our Indoor Air Quality businesses,” said Tim McCarty, Chairman, President & CEO of Filtration Group. “His goal-oriented style and team-first attitude are a great fit at Filtration Group.”
Young is a proven leader who is inspired by Filtration Group’s Mission and Culture. He has extensive experience driving organic growth and increasing profitability in industrial businesses.

Young previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, OEM Solutions (MRO parts distribution) at AAR Corporation, a diversified Aerospace and Defense services provider. Prior to taking on this role in 2015, he served as Vice President and General Manager of AAR Nordisk Aviation Products, a global cargo container manufacturing business. Young has previously held roles at Goldman Sachs and L.E.K. Consulting.
